Vitality gives HP, and HP regeneration.

Agility gives armor and mobility, afaik, most players only take 10, for increased sprint duration.

Strength boost melee damage, most players aim for 40, for the 15% increased damage on heavy attacks.The best thing you can do now is to aim for the perks, every 10 points in any stat has a milestone that gives you a new ability or boost your actions. (to be honest i think this is something wrong with the game and there shouldnвЂ™t be an easy way to reset attributes) Depends on what kind of server youвЂ™re in and what you doД¬onan Exiles has a way to reset your stats without any cooldown or limitation so the stats you use depends on what you are trying to do.
